The TQS-9000 Migration Tool Can Free You From Your Server

The TQS-9000 Migration Tool allows you to transfer a complete APQP project from your local machine or company server to a small file to work on or view at an off-site location. This unique tool also allows for editing projects and then importing them back to your server or local machine. With the built in advanced features, the TQS-9000 Migration Tool can also be used to copy and entire project to a new project number, or to re-number a project. For advanced applications, the TQS-9000 Migration Tool may also be used to transmit data to an internet based system. Our supplier managment system utilizes this technology to allow the transfer of complete APQP and PPAP documentation to their customers.

  • The TQS-9000 Migration Tool was Developed with the User in Mind. The Migration Tool Allows for Exporting a Complete APQP Project from  the TQS-9000 Main Program into a Small Database File that Can be Transferred Off-Site. All Data Regarding the Project Including the Quality Control Plan, FMEA, Process Flow Chart, Work Instructions, and Project Log are Copied into the Migration Tool. The Migration Tool Allows the User to Make Updates to the Project when not Connected to the Main Data File. Our Migration Tool is like having process flow chart software, quality control plan software, FMEA software, and work instruction software all in one small easy to use tool. The TQS-9000 Migration Tool is also fully compatible with our new Total Advanced Quality 9000 quality solution as well as our Total Quality System 9000 product.

  • The TQS-9000 Main Program Allows the User to Export an Entire APQP Work-in-Process or Approved Project Into the Migration Tool. The data is Transferred Into a Small Database File that Can be Easily Transported Off-Site for Modification or Updates. Perfect for Use at Home or a Customer's Location.

  • The TQS-9000 Main Program Contains a Feature to then Lock the Data for this Project so no Inadvertent Updates are Made to the Project While the File is Out for Modification. The User  of the Migration Tool May Update Data in the Control Plan, FMEA, Flow Chart, Add Process Steps, Add Work Instructions, and Preview the Changes from an Off-Site Location. Changes are then Exported from the Migration Tool Back to the TQS-9000 Main Program. To Assure the Updates are Properly Recorded, the Migration Tool  will Automatically Export All Projects Back Into the TQS-9000 Work-in-Process Library  so the Appropriate Revision Updates May be Made Prior to Moving the Project Back Into the Approved Library.
